Do you try to avoid flights, or when you do take a flight you cannot enjoy it? Or are you nervous beceause you go fly for the first time? Do this meditation already 1 month before you go on the plane. And do it a couple times over until you notice you are staying calm, by the thought you are on the plane flying to your destination. In this meditation you are visualizing that you arrive safely with ease on you destination. It will help you to be calm and relaxed. So the next time when you go on the plane you will have a comfortable flight. |
