| I was really surprised at the meditations. I expected something completely different. While I meditated with the Grounding and Chakra Healing I started to cry really hard while focusing on the red chakra. It was completely unexpected. With each of clearing of the chakra I felt much lighter, joyful and at ease. Since the meditation yesterday, my anxiety and stress level has gone down tremendously and I feel very confident in everything I do.
